“Within the health of issues, subsequently, we direct the Division of Personnel and Coaching and Ministry of Residence Affairs, GOI to show publicly on the Residence Web page of its Official Web site the contents and replica of the round /OM dated ninth July, 2024 as filed within the current petition,” it stated.

Indore-based petitioner Gupta, who retired from the Central Warehousing Company in 2022, stated, “I’m pleased with the Centre’s determination to raise the ban on participation of presidency staff in Sangh actions.
