The bench directed the Union authorities’s Division of Personnel and Coaching and the Ministry of Residence Affairs to publicly show on the house web page of their official web site the July 9 workplace memorandum via which the ban on authorities staff from becoming a member of Sangh actions was lifted.
“Within the health of issues, subsequently, we direct the Division of Personnel and Coaching and Ministry of Residence Affairs, GOI to show publicly on the Residence Web page of its Official Web site the contents and replica of the round /OM dated ninth July, 2024 as filed within the current petition,” it stated.
“That is to make sure public information and details about the issuance of the stated round/ OM. Apart from the above, inside 15 days of the judgement of this Courtroom, the round /OM dated ninth July, 2024 can be directed to be transmitted to all of the departments and undertakings of the Central Authorities throughout India,” the HC added.

Indore-based petitioner Gupta, who retired from the Central Warehousing Company in 2022, stated, “I’m pleased with the Centre’s determination to raise the ban on participation of presidency staff in Sangh actions.
