A 70 sq. meter, three-room, fifth ground condo on Florentin Road was bought for NIS 3.75 million. A 44 sq. meter, two-room, first ground condo on Zamenhoff Road within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 2.68 million. A 48 sq. meter, three-room, second ground condo on Moritz Daniel Road in Neve Avivim within the north of the town was bought for NIS 3.55 million.
Herzliya A 65 sq. meter, three-room, third ground condo on Hasharon Road within the Ha’amamai neighborhood was bought for NIS 2.5 million. A 90 sq. meter, four-room, first ground condo with parking on Warburg Road within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 3.18 million. A 136 sq. meter, five-room, second ground condo on Hovevei Zion within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 4.7 million. A 154 sq. meter, six-room, eleventh ground condo on Zvi Mandelbaum Road within the Weizmann neighborhood was bought for NIS 6.9 million.
Kokhav Yair A 160 sq. meter, six-room home on Beeri Road was bought for NIS 5.12 million. A 189 sq. meter, six-room, semi-detached home with a 308 sq. meter yard on Carmel Road was bought for NIS 4.4 million.
Harish A 146 sq. meter, 4.5-room, third ground condo with two parking areas on Tamar Road was bought for NIS 1.78 million. A 163 sq. meter, six-room, fifth ground condo with two parking areas on Derekh Eretz Road was bought for NIS 2.35 million. A 139 sq. meter, five-room condo with a 102 sq. meter yard and 79 sq. meter roof area and two parking areas on Dolev Road was bought for NIS 2.83 million. A 143 sq. meters, five-room, fourth ground penthouse with a 116 sq. meter balcony, storage room and two parking areas on Reut Road within the Tzavta neighborhood was bought for NIS 2.85 million (RE/MAX – Harish).

A 90 sq. meter, four-room, fifth ground condo on Harav Avraham Kuk Road was bought for NIS 1.4 million. A 73 sq. meter, four-room, third ground condo on Hamacabim Road was bought for NIS 500,000. A 117 sq. meter, four-room, second ground condo with parking on Hanaval Road was bought for NIS 1.13 million.
