A 145 sq. meter, 5.5-room, first flooring backyard condominium with a 59 sq. meter yard and parking on Gad Road in Kiryat Arye Shenfeld was bought for NIS 3.15 million. A 94 sq. meter, four-room, first flooring condominium on Rav Yisrael Grossman Road in Ramat Avraham was bought for NIS 1.93 million.

Bnei Brak: A 67 sq. meter, three-room, first flooring condominium on Jerusalem Road was bought for NIS 1.7 million. A 101 sq. meter, four-room, floor flooring condominium on Nachshoni Yehuda Road was bought for NIS 2.35 million. A 85 sq. meter, four-room, third flooring condominium on Jerusalem Road was bought for NIS 2.3 million. A 104 sq. meter, six-room, second flooring condominium on Ussishkin Road was bought for NIS 2.55 million.

A 240 sq. meter, six-room home on Marie Carey Road within the Nahal Ashan neighborhood was bought for NIS 3.49 million.
