MANILA, Philippines — The Division of Overseas Affairs (DFA) on Wednesday denounced the latest “unlawful” and “aggressive” actions of Chinese language coast guards in Ayungin (Second Thomas) Shoal within the West Philippine Sea which resulted in accidents amongst Filipino naval personnel.
