MANDAUE CITY, Philippines — Mandaue Lone District Consultant Emmarie “Lolypop” Ouano-Dizon has been appointed as the brand new regional chairperson of the nation’s dominant political occasion, Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (Lakas-CMD).
