For one night time solely, Reefer Insanity is taking a visit again to its musical roots.
Kristen Bell and Christian Campbell are reuniting onstage July 30 for a Reefer Insanity: The Musical twenty fifth anniversary live performance in celebration of their new Los Angeles revival getting prolonged by August 18 at The Whitley.
Bell and Campbell will return alongside fellow alums Harry S. Murphy, John Kassir, Lori Alan, Stacy Sibley, Larry Poindexter, Samantha Harris, Aukai Cain, Elijah Myles Breckel and Paul Nygro, based on Playbill. Extra friends shall be introduced quickly.
The ensemble will carry out songs and share tales, accompanied by musicians Nathan Wang, Sid Sosa, Jordan Lamoureux and Phil Morore, with music director David Lamoureux. An after-party shall be held on the Victory Backyard, the immersive theater’s out of doors lounge.
In 1999, Campbell first starred as Jimmy Harper in Reefer Insanity: The Musical when it debuted in L.A. Bell joined the manufacturing as Mary Lane throughout the present’s off-Broadway run.
